Email Integration in Moposa

The new Email Integration feature allows you to connect your Moposa account directly to your venue’s email address. This means all your email communication with couples can be managed directly through Moposa — keeping your messages, enquiries, and updates in one central place.

With this integration, you can:

  • Send and receive emails directly from Moposa using your venue’s email address

  • Automatically link email threads to the correct couple or event

  • Keep a complete communication history for every enquiry and booking

  • Save time and reduce inbox clutter

Step 1 – Go to Settings

1. Log in to your Moposa Profile.

2. Click on your user settings

StStep 2 – Connect Your Email

1. Select either Connect to Gmail or Connect to Office 365

2. Follow the prompts to sign in securely through your provider’s authentication screen.

2.1. For Gmail, follow the on screen instructions.

2.2. For Office 365, follow the on screen instructions. You will need approval from the person who administers your email accounts. Once approved, your emails will be integrate with Moposa.

Step 3 – Test the Connection

1. Send a quick test email to yourself from within Moposa.

2. Check that the message appears in both Moposa and your regular inbox.

3. If it’s not syncing correctly, please contact us on support@moposa.com

Email Integration in Daily Workflows

Once your email is integrated, all new emails sent or received through Moposa will:

  • Automatically appear in the contact history section of your couple’s profile.

  • Sync to your connected inbox in real time.

  • Allow you to reply directly from Moposa or your normal inbox — whichever is more convenient.

All communication will stay linked to the relevant couple, making it easier to track conversations and respond quickly.

***Please note, each user will have to complete this process to integrate their own email address.
