Google Sheets Integration in Moposa

The Google Sheets Integration allows you to automatically sync your data into Moposa — with a connected Google Sheet.

This gives you the flexibility to:

  • View and filter your Google Sheets data in Moposa

  • Share live data securely with other team members

  • Perform quick exports without manual downloads

  • Google Sheets are ideal for Lead Generated Ads on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

Whether you’re tracking conversions, monitoring lead sources, or creating your own venue reports, this integration keeps your data live and always up to date.

How to Set Up Google Sheets Integration

Step 1 – Go to Settings

1. Log in to your Moposa Venue account.

2. Click on General Settings -> Data Sources

3. Select + Add Connection

Step 2 – Connect Your Google Account

1. Click Google Sheets.

2. Sign in to your Google account when prompted and grant Moposa access.

3. Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation message.

�� Tip: Use a Google account linked to your venue or shared team workspace for the best collaboration results.

Step 3 – Choose What to Sync

1. Click on Open File Picker

2. Select the data you want to sync

3. Your Google Sheet must have Enquiry Date, Name and Primary Email

4. Moposa will instantly populate your chosen sheet with your latest data.

How It Works

Once set up, Moposa automatically received updates from your connected Google Sheet at regular intervals (every few minutes).

Any new enquiry added to the Google Sheet will appear automatically in your Moposa Profile — no manual importing required.

Disconnecting the Integration

If you need to disconnect Google Sheets from Moposa:

1. Go to Settings → General Settings → Data Sources

2. Click on edit on the Google Sheet you wish to Disconnect → Delete

3. You can reconnect at any time using the same steps above.
